Registration Options: DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION: 1 September 2009 Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made in writing to the Symposium Secretariat. Registration cancellations (including symposium dinner) before, 21 August 2009 will forfeit $55.00 of registration fee to cover administration costs. No refunds will be made after 21 August 2009, but substitute delegates are acceptable. Cancellation of UNE College accommodation either in part or in full, will incur a basic administration fee of $25.00. For cancellation made with less than 7 days notice in writing prior to arrival, a fee equivalent to one night's accommodation will be charged in addition to the basic administration fee of $25.00. Please note that any eligible refund is usually processed after the symposium. Privacy: In registering for this symposium, relevant details will be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates (name and organisation only), and may be made available to parties directly related to the symposium including venue and accommodation providers and key sponsors. Should you not wish your details to be used for this purpose, please contact the Symposium Secretariat.
