Student Delegates must provide evidence of fulltime student status from their educational institution administration or a copy of their student card. This must be forwarded with the completed registration form.

Registration Options:

DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION: 3 July 2009

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Registration cancellations before, 1 June 2009 will forfeit $55.00 of registration fee to cover administration costs. No refunds will be made after 1 June, 2009, but substitute delegates are acceptable.

Cancellation of UNE College accommodation, either in part or in full, with more than 7 days notice in writing prior to arrival, will incur a fee of $25.00 to administer a refund. If less than 7 days notice is given in writing prior to arrival, the fee incurred will be equivalent to one night's accommodation. No refunds will be given for accommodation cancellations, either in part or in full, with less than 24 hours notice.

No refunds will be made for cancellation of tickets for the bush BBQ function with less than 7 days notice in writing prior to the start of the conference.

Please note that any eligible refund is usually processed after the conference.

Privacy: In registering for this conference relevant details will be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates (name and organisation only), and may be made available to parties directly related to the conference including venue and accommodation providers and key sponsors. Should you not wish your details to be used for this purpose, please contact the Conference Secretariat.
