Student delegates must provide evidence of fulltime student status from their educational institution administration or a copy of their student card. This must be forwarded with the completed registration form.

DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION: 6 March 2009. (Please contact the Conference Secretariat if you wish to register after this deadline date)
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. A full refund will be given (less a $50 administration fee) for cancellations prior to 30 January 2009. Refunds on or after 31 January 2009 and before 1 March 2009 will incur a $100 fee. Refunds on or after 1 March 2009 will incur a $200 fee plus the full cost of any booked conference dinners.
Please note that any eligible refund will be processed after the conference.
Privacy: In registering for this conference relevant details will be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates (name and organisation only), and may be made available to parties directly related to the conference including venue and accommodation providers and key sponsors. Should you not wish your details to be used for this purpose, please contact the Conference Secretariat.
