Student delegates must provide evidence of fulltime student status from their educational institution administration or a copy of their student card. This must be forwarded with the completed registration form.

Registration fees are lower for ACSANZ members than for non-members. If you are considering joining the association, more information and membership benefits can be found on the ACSANZ website.
Two-year memberships are available at the individual rate of AUD$85 or student rate of AUD$50.
The current two-year membership period available is July 1, 2010 - June 30, 2012.
Membership includes:
- Two issues per year of the Association's scholarly journal Australasian Canadian Studies
- Subscription to the Association's email list for regular updates about special activities or conferences and other news of interest to members, including announcements of funding opportunities, calls for papers, invitations to events, etc.
- Eligibility to apply for various ACSANZ and ICCS Awards, Scholarships and Prizes
- Discounted registration for ACSANZ's Biennial Conference
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Registration cancellations (including optional functions) before 11 June 2010 will forfeit $75.00 of registration fee to cover administration costs. No refunds will be made after 11 June 2010, but substitute delegates are acceptable.
Cancellation of UNE College accommodation, either in part or in full, with more than 7 days notice in writing prior to arrival, will incur a fee of $25.00 to administer a refund. If less than 7 days notice is given in writing prior to arrival, the fee incurred will be equivalent to one night's accommodation. No refunds will be given for accommodation cancellations, either in part or in full, with less than 24 hours notice.
Please note that any eligible refund will be processed after the conference.
Privacy: In registering for this conference relevant details will be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates (name and organisation only), and may be made available to parties directly related to the conference including venue and accommodation providers and key sponsors. Should you not wish your details to be used for this purpose, please contact the Conference Secretariat.
